In the late Sixties and Early Seventies, Linda Morand was a top Ford model and fashion icon, notorious for her uncanny resemblance to First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy. Renowned for her sense of fashion and style, she appeared in several iconic images, which are still relevant today, working with Pierre Cardin, Karl Lagerfeld, Helmut Newton, Vogue Italia, Vogue Paris, Harper’s Bazaar, and many top photographers and designers.

Ms. Morand has authored several popular blogs and print articles on the history of modeling. She hosts exclusive online networking groups catering to supermodels of the mid-Twentieth Century. For the past ten years, this consortium from the 60s to the 80s has identified, cataloged, and archived their own legendary photographs and stories. She is currently working on her memoirs entitled INCOGNITO.

As a writer and modeling industry historian, Mme. Morand travels the United States, attending model reunions, and spearheading a lively group that includes top models, photographers, beauty artists, agents, and the leading fashion archivists in the world.

Today, Linda continues to develop projects and concepts for the fashion and modeling industry that stem from her long life experiences and network of contributing creative professionals. Together with her team she has begun to develop

The Supermodels Hall of Fame®. It is a private, members’ only archive that collects, preserves, interprets and positions images and stories of classic fashion models within their historical and chronological context and expedites interaction through our private and public social media venues.

Supermodels Charity Foundation

 

The Supermodel members are passionate about humanitarian causes, lending their powerful, multi-million dollar images to various charities. During our last annual models’ reunion, and during the Covid crisis, we discussed the urgent needs around the world, especially concerning women and children. 

Therefore, we formed The Supermodels Charity Foundation LLC (SCF), an organization made up of people with a wide range of expertise in the modeling industry dedicated to raising funds and awareness for charitable causes while honoring the world’s best-known supermodels for their career achievements and humanitarian contributions.
